I have to say I like the topic, I feel
interested of mythology creatures and when I read the assignment I already had
a choice; Centaurs.
A Centaur is a creature part human and part
horse in the Greek mythology. There are many theories about their origins and
the most common is the one which holds the idea of nomads who were riding their
horses in America, so Aztecs saw them with the idea of a half man half animal
around the forest.
I always get excited when I am watching a
film and centaurs appears. I like the idea of this creature of the forest, I
feel them so beautiful and pure like a forest guard taking care of its god;
Mother Earth.
Me gusta mucho la mitologia, me parecio interesante tu blog. Creo que la imagen de los centauros ademas de haberse inspirado en los nomadas, fue en los chamanes cazadores europeos (druidas) a quienes se les atribuian poderes animales para llevar a cabo sus viajes de caza. un abrazo.
